Camberwick Green or Trumpton Lodge? During the daily parade at Pippin Fort, Private Meek is suprised during roll call and gives a sign familiar to every fellow craft. Does anyone know of a masonic connection or even if there was a lodge in Trumpton? How interesting! I (hem-hem) made a Second Degree/Trumpton connection myself recently: I was practising the Tracing Board and would sometimes list the Seven liberal arts and sciences as "Grammar, Rhetoric, Sneezy, Sleepy, Cuthbert, Dibble and Grubb."Don't worry - it was all right on the night - thankfully! I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't just seen it with my own eyes. Gordon Murray was the Director but I've no idea if he was on the square. All I can find out about Private Meek is that his Auntie Mrs Dingle was the Postmistress. What will the conspiracy theorists make of this one? It'll be on the David Icke site in due course I'm sure. I've sampled the image to show the lads at Lodge but haven't posted it as I'd be flouting my obligation. Suddenly realising what was happening, I asked one of them "Are you left-handed?""Yes," was the reply. Ah!
