It is a book by Sharan Newman, the promo states" The truth behind the mysterious medieval order of the Templars' and "In The real history behind the Templars, historian Sharan Newman elucidates the mysteries and misconceptions surronding the Templars, from their founding and the part they played in the crusades, to more modern intrigues and their role in popular culture including the Da Vinci Code and the Indiana Jones films" Has anyboby read this book, if so what is it like, and do you reccomend it
